5. Registration Process

  • Trust Registration:

    • Submit the trust deed to the local Registrar of Trusts.​

    • Pay the requisite registration fees.​

  • Society Registration:

    • File the MoA and Rules & Regulations with the Registrar of Societies.​

    • Ensure a minimum of seven members as subscribers.​
